baked avocado and egg

They make something like this at Senzala in Montreal’s Mile End, only there’s two poached eggs and a full avocado, and also tomato sauce and cheese. And, you can choose avocado or mango, or half and half.
I never had it because I think eggs are revolting, but I’ve watched a lot of people eat it and, let me tell you, it looks pretty amazing.
EDIT: I just found out Senzala is closed. There goes my favourite breakfast place in Montreal. Sheesh.
